Thank you for your interest in our Holistic fairs. In my experience as a holistic therapist I have found that very often, the work of holistic and/or complimentary therapists needs to be explained before people will 'give it a go'. People can often find themselves in need of help - physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually but are unsure which path to go down when other, more conventional routes have left them unfulfilled.

Our mission is to provide an open, honest, trusting and fun environment that allows the world of complimentary healthcare and spirituality to become accessible to people from all walks of life; to take away the mystery; to educate and provide opportunites for therapists and spiritual consultants to do what they do best - to help people.

Come along and share your skills, your product knowledge and maybe offer a talk or demonstration - they are free and a great way for you to explain what you do.

Denbies, Dorking

Over 60 stands available for products, spiritual consultants and therapists.

We are pleased to launch our 3rd Dorking show at this unique and delightful venue, which is nestled in peaceful countryside and yet a stone's throw from busy A roads that provide easy access to nearby Dorking town centre and the M25 just 5 minutes drive away.

When we drove up the long sweeping drive to Denbies and walked into the large reception I just knew it was the right venue for the next Holistic and Mystic. We were shown round by Kelly, who was knowledgeable and efficient - that was the final reassurance we needed. Light and airy yet intimate with a warm, welcoming feeling, this is the perfect venue for Mind, Body and Soul to come to Dorking and the surrounding towns.

In addition to everything that a Holistic and Mystic fair offers, Denbies also has it's own facilities that include a vast conservatory offering snacks, lunches and even a glass or two of wine! There is also masses of FREE parking.

Promoting the shows

Promotion is the key to visitor attendance and we are very committed to ensuring that we promote as widely as possible in many different ways.

- Adverts are placed in local newspapers at least 3 weeks before the event and in monthly journals at least 1 month in advance.

- We have researched websites where we can list the event, these include spiritual websites as well as sites that list local events of interest.

- We have a huge database of names collected from previous shows as well as our shop and other areas - we always have an ear to the ground to find people that could be interested in what we do. These are emailed monthly with details of H&M events.

- All exhibitors attending the fairs are asked to promote to their databases and are all sent flyers to hand out.

- We print at least 5,000 flyers that are distributed by hand to local businesses in high streets, from experience this increases our attendance figures considerably.

- We also print large banners that are sited in prominent places around the town and two days before the show a keen helper puts up fluorescent A4 posters on lamposts in the surrounding town and at the M25 junctions.

- The events are also promoted through the websites of the venues we use and both venues are proactive in helping our mission.

Fair times: 10.00am - 5.30pm

Please be aware that we limit the number of exhibitors in certain categories to ensure a balanced fair. Please contact me before completing a booking form and I will let you know if your application is successful. 

Stand costs:

£55 for 6ft Product stand
£95 for 12ft Product stand
£55 for 6ft table for Therapy
£60 for Therapy space for couch
£70 for Therapy space + side table (8ft wide)
£105 for 6ft Reader/Aura Photography stand

If you do not require a table, please advise when booking.

Set up time is from 8am on Sunday 4th March.

Deposit of 50% stall cost will be required with booking form.  Remainder of balance must be paid 1 month prior to event.
